How do I submit an offer for a domain?
Browse to the individual domain product page and click the “Make Offer” button. A popup will allow you to submit your offer in $USD.
Why was my offer declined?
Offers that are too low are automatically declined. You should receive an email notification instantly if this is the case.
I submitted an offer, but haven’t heard back?
Please allow 48 hours for seller’s response. Your offer will either be accepted, countered, or declined if too low. If you do not hear back in 48 hours, check your spam folder, and then submit your offer again. You can also send a contact email to AO Names if you would like us to look into it further.
What forms of payment are accepted?
You can use any major credit card at checkout including American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. If you would like to use a different payment method, let us know and we’ll try to accommodate.
Are the logos for sale?
When you purchase a domain name, the logo is yours – for free!
If you want a high resolution JPG, PNG or PDF of the logo, contact us and we’ll send you one. If you like a design from a different domain name, we will apply it to your domain at no charge. If your domain does not yet have a logo, tell us which style you like, and consider it done. Just let us know.

How do I submit my domain name(s)?
We are developing a submission workflow, but in the meantime please use the contact page to submit your domain name, or list of domains for approval.
How long does it take for my domain to be approved?
Domains will be approved in 2 business days, and in many cases, we’ll approve or deny a domain the same business day.
How long until my approved domain is listed on the site for sale?
Each domain will have a logo designed, and product page created within 2 business days after domain approval.
How will I be paid if my domain sells on aonames.com?
Once we have the funds from the buyer, we will have you transfer the domain to us. After that is completed, we will release the payment to you within 3 business days via Paypal.
What if my domain sells on another website?
If you are no longer the owner of the domain name, please contact us asap, and we will remove the domain from aonames.com
